My Background

My name is Abena Njeeri. My focus is on efficient adult learning for early childhood educators. Besides developing training materials, I've also taught and designed extraordinary learning experiences for family and center-based educators. I'm a Maryland state-approved trainer with a MS in Learning Design and Technology and over 20 years' experience in center-based settings. In addition to my expertise in providing resources and supports to family and center-based care providers, I'm also sought out for my help improving quality. I'm passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities for educators to grow and develop their skills. I'm always looking for new and creative ways to engage educators and ensure they have the support they need to be successful.
